At Agoxn Solution Private Limited, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our software, web, and mobile app development services. This policy outlines the conditions under which project cancellations and refunds are handled.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Clients may request to cancel a project under the following conditions:
If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced on the project, a full refund (minus any administrative or transaction fees) may be issued.
If work has already started, the client will be charged for the actual hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of the cancellation request.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the nature of the service and project stage:
Granted if the company is unable to deliver the project due to internal technical limitations.
Once a project milestone is approved and delivered, or if the project has reached the final testing phase.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our official support email within 7 days of the invoice or project initiation date.

Agoxn Solution Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received by the due date. No refunds will be provided for periods during which services were suspended due to non-payment or a violation of our Terms of Service.
